Two new Alabama polls bring the upcoming special Senate Republican run-off election into closer proximity
This week eBay is matching donations up to $250,000 to four organizations supporting disaster relief efforts in Texas and throughout the US: American Red Cross, Direct Relief, Save the Children and Team Rubicon.
Recently US Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) visited eBay headquarters in San Jose, California.
The first post-primary poll was released early this week, and JMC Analytics and Polling (8/17-19; 515 AL likely GOP run-off voters) sees former Alabama state Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore strongly outpacing appointed Sen. Luther Strange for the September 26th special Republican run-off election.
Earlier this year Hanne Melin of the eBay Public Policy Lab team was invited to speak at a conference in Geneva hosted by the International Center for Trade and Sustainable Development (ICTSD) and focused on the important subject of regulatory coherence and the multilateral trading system.
As polling correctly predicted, former state Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore placed first in the special Alabama Senate Republican primary earlier this week.
This week eBay Seller Nick Quade met with US Representative Erik Paulsen (R-MN) at his office in Eden Prairie, MN.
This week US Representative Susan Brooks (R-IN) visited StubHub headquarters to learn more about the company and its public policy priorities.
The Alabama special primary elections are now less than a week away, and the Republican battle continues to remain close.
